Where to eat For a village of its size, Wing has a wide variety of restaurants and food outlets. You will be spoilt for choice.There is a general store in the high street for snacks and drinks.Indian food can be found at The Dove on Leighton Road (01296 688258/688689). The Queens Head (01296 688268) and The Cock Inn (01296 688214) on the High Street both serve food and both have separate restaurants and bar menus. The Queens Head is slightly cheaper, has some interesting daily specials, and a specialises in fish dishes On Stewkley Road you will find a Fish & Chip Shop which also sells Chinese food. Next door, on Stewkley Road is the Thai Bangla Restaurant (01296 688 810). Just a few minutes drive from Wing you come to Mentmore where The Stag has long been known for its excellent food.
