The Annual General Meeting of The Folk Camps Society Limited will take place at 2pm on Saturday 21st November 2020.
Due to the ongoing covid situation the AGM will be held virtually, via video conference. Information has been sent out to current Governing Members. Any other Folk Campers that wish to attend can contact the office to find the meeting details.
The voting on Resolutions, and election of 2 members of Folk Camps council will be via online voting. All Governing Members have been emailed with details of how to vote. If you haven’t received details, please check your spam / junk / promotional folders in case your email provider has mis-classified the email.

All members, both Governing and Associate are entitled to attend and speak but only Governing Members can vote.
