The Annual General Meeting of The Folk Camps Society Limited will take place at 2pm on Saturday 20th November 2021.
We had intended to hold the AGM in person at Toddington village hall. Unfortunately the hall committee imposed too severe a restriction on numbers, which would exclude some of our members from attending. So instead we will hold it on Zoom, as we did in 2020.
We have sent the AGM Zoom link to all Governing Members. If you are not a Governing Member, but would like to attend the AGM then please contact Kerstin in the office to receive the link.
We will also hold an online ceilidh in the evening on Zoom. See below.
The official AGM Notification sent in late October to governing members contains all the information you need to participate including your online voting credentials.
Annual General Meeting
All members, both Governing and Associate are entitled to attend and speak but only Governing Members can vote.
(See FAQ for an explanation of the types of memberships)
If you are not yet a Governing Member, then sign up here.

We will hold an online ceilidh on Zoom, with MC Paul Weir, and Chris Jewell’s Band in the Cupboard. Paul is looking for singers, callers and other bands to perform spots during the ceilidh. Please message him if you would like to join in, or contact the Folk Camps office.
