AGM 2021

The Annual General Meeting of The Folk Camps Society Limited will take place at 2pm on Saturday 20th November 2021.

We had intended to hold the AGM in person at Toddington village hall. Unfortunately the hall committee imposed too severe a restriction on numbers, which would exclude some of our members from attending. So instead we will hold it on Zoom, as we did in 2020.

We will also hold an online ceilidh in the evening on Zoom.

The official AGM Notification sent in late October will contain all the information you need to participate.

Annual General Meeting

All members, both Governing and Associate are entitled to attend and speak but only Governing Members can vote.
(See FAQ for an explanation of the types of memberships)

If you are not yet a Governing Member, then sign up here.
